The below photographs were taken during my studies around 1982, and showcase the famous Schroeder House by Dutch architect Gerrit Rietveld (1988-1964). Built in 1925 in Utrecht at the end of Prins Hendriklaan, it faces today an elevated highway that gives it an uncomfortable context that is contrary to the memorable vintage photographs of the house when photograph shortly after its completion.
